EQWAL is working with fully qualified lawyers, transaction and support lawyers, holders of Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) and Master of Law (LL.M.) degrees, holders of other legal degrees (e.g. obtained abroad), consultants (e.g. compliance, data protection, ESG, legal ops), as well as patent attorneys.
With EQWAL you can support leading and innovative companies on an independent basis. After a successful selection process you will sign a framework agreement with EQWAL and become part of the EQWAL community. Based on the framework agreement you can use the comprehensive services of EQWAL. We will suggest suitable engagement opportunities to you. Before the start of an engagement, you will conclude an engagement agreement specifying the terms of that engagement.
EQWAL supports you in every phase. We know the (legal) framework conditions for safe use. That's why we help with administrative questions, contracting and payment processing. We are your partner, always at your side, taking individual ideas and requirements into account.
Yes, you can go through our selection process, sign a framework agreement with us and join our community even while you are still employed. When accepting an engagement, however, you must be self-employed.

As soon as you and the client have decided on starting an engagement, you are ready to go. We support you so that you are prepared for the engagement in the best possible way. Typically, you will receive a briefing from us that is specifically tailored to the specific tasks and company.

This allows you to fully concentrate on your current engagement. We take on all marketing and acquisition work for you, so you do not have to do this work yourself.
Of course, this is possible. There are no restrictions for you. Depending on the details of each case, the client company may have to make a one-time referral fee payment to EQWAL, in line with industry standards and our client agreements.
